This is a personales poem, actually 2 poems for Grandma & Grandpa. It can be for Nana, Mawmaw, PopPop, MeMaw, Muzza, any names you want at the top. It can have Love and your children's name at the bottom. All words will be changed throughout to reflect Nana, or PopPop, whatever you choose to have at the top.
Grandma
Someone who will understand
who knows the way I feel
In every situation
Their concern is very real
Someone who has walked my ways
Who knows my every need
Times when you would see me cry
Your heart would nearly bleed.
Everyone shoud have a Grandma (or Nana, etc)
Just the way I do
Richly blessed is what I am
To Have a Grandma like you.
Grandpa
Throughout the years you've always been
A wonderful man you see
When I was small you took the time
To bounce me on your knee
As I grew older you were there
I only had to call
I knew that I could count on you
You'd never let me fall
So many hard times in my life
You've helped to get me throgh
I'm so glad God's given me
A Grandpa just like you.
