My Air Force Hero Daughter

This world has many hero's, although you may not know their names

It's apparent that they gave their best, yet rarely get the fame

But among all of the hero's this world has ever had

There's not one that I admire more, than my airforce gal

She's more than just a hero, she never looks for praise

She heroic in her quiet strength and in her caring ways

She may not be as famous as though you hear about or see

But she's everything and so much more, a hero ought to be

Her life is on the line every day and every night

Every minute she's on guard in case she has to fight.

My's daughter's a patriot, a brave and gallant woman

Proudly flying for this country

And my pride I'm sure you understand

There are many things needed to keep our country free

My daughter makes the sacrifice for you and for me

When I hear about a hero and the special things she's done

It reminds me of my daughter, for she's the greatest one!
