This is a great poem for a son & daughter -in-law expecting a baby. It is done on a print of a rose laying on a beach. It is an 8 x 10 and will be packaged in a crystal clear mylar bag, suitable for giving, if you want to let them purchase their own frame. If paying by credit card you need to give me the 3 digit code from the back of your card in the spot where you give me the names for the poem. Your order will not be processed if the code is not received.. There is a poem for the your son and one for your daughter-in-law. They read as follows

While you were just a small boy

I held your little hand

I answered all your questions

of sky, sea, & land

I kissed away your hurts

as only a mother can

I gladly accepted each cherished hug

with small arms holding tight

For I knew the time drew nearer

with every passing night

You're no longer my little boy

Instead you are a man

But I'll always hold you in my heart

Though I no longer hold your hand.

I hope you know what you mean to me

Even though at first

I had no idea how precious you would be

And now I see as time goes by

In those special needs in life

That only you could be the one

My son's own beautiful wife.

To see the happiness you've brought

This man, my son, it's only just begun.

I am so very thankful

and my heart is filled with joy

As you both anticipate, your precious baby boy (can be changed to girl)

As the love you have for one another

Blossoms, blooms & grows

I see a beautiful flower garden

And you, the perfect rose.
