What Size Are The Art Prints?
Each print is either an 8 X 10 or an 8 1/2 by 11 and should be specified in the description. We can trim most any 8 1/2 by 11 to an 8 x 10 with no real loss of noticeable loss of picture. 8 X 10's are the most popular frame size and you will have no trouble finding a frame in a wide variety of styles and price points. 8 1/2 by 11 are also a standard size,usually referred to as a document frame.
Are These Real Art Prints?
These are real, glossy, acid free, archival quality,heavyweight art prints, made to be sold alone as art prints. We overprint them with laser printing, in a beautiful calligraphy font. These are not cheap office store paper. These will last a lifetime.
Why are they laser instead of ink jet printed?
Laser is the darkest black, it will not fade as ink will do. It will not soak into the print. If you ever clean the frame and get a drop of water or Windex on it, the laser print will not run as ink will do.
How will they be packaged?
Each print will be individually packaged in a crystal clear Mylar bag with cardstock behind it. This bag makes a nice presentation and it is suitable for giving it, should you wish to not go to the expense of framing it. We use acid free cardstock, and the mylar bag will protect the print for years to come.
How Fast Will I Get My Order?
All orders are shipped promptly, as soon as payment is received and the information needed to personalize it is received. We always ship with-in 3 days of receiving the info, usually we ship the same or the next day.
What will the first name reading say?
The Name will be at the top, it will then have the meaning, the origin, and other traits associated with that name. Each name will be different. We do not email you the saying in advance, for several reasons. There's no way to cut and paste it fromt the program, and it's a lot of typing to email you the words. We offer you 100% satisfaction, If you don't like it, fold it up and mail it back to us, we'll contact you for alternate sayings, or we'll refund your money.
Can I add A Special Message To The Print?
Yes, On most any of our products you can add a one line message up to 50 characters. The poems can be personalized at the top with a name and the bottom.
Are There Any Volumn Discounts?
Yes, if you contact us, for like a whole wedding party, or birthday party, we can work out a special price.
I have never been able to find my name before, will you have it?
Yes, we can do any name, even from other countries, unique names, or made up names. If you know it is an unusual name, and you know the country it is from, then tell us, and we'll make sure to use the info from that country. Some names are common in more than 1 country.
Do You Ship Internationaly?
Yes, we ship internationally on a daily basis.
How do I pay you?
We accept US credit cards and you can check out from our secure site viewing the cart and checking out. We accept international payments ONLY through paypal. You may use your credit card to pay me thru paypal even if you don't have a paypal account. I CANNOT process credit cards manually FROM OTHER COUNTRIES SO IF YOU ARE IN CANADA, THE UNITED KINGDOM, AUSTRALIA OR ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE US PLEASE USE PAYPAL. , or I can send you an invoice from paypal if you prefer and then you can pay that invoice. You may also print your order and mail me a check with your order. I accept US funds only.When paying direct to me with a credit card I must have the 3 or 4 digit cvc security code from the back ot the card. It will not ask you for the information, you need to give me the code when you give me the names. I cannot process your order without the security code.
I still have questions, may I call you?
yes, you call us. we are not always sitting by the phone or able to take your call when you call, however if you leave your number we will call you back. We will be happy to take you credit card number over the phone if you are in the US. We prefer not to take your order over the phone as it is too difficult to hear the exact spellings, and write now your order, your mailing address etc. We prefer to have a wriiten record from you of what you want and where we are shipping it to.
